Universal Tower Defense Z Crime Fighting Extraction Event

Mode Overview

Crime Fighting Extraction is Update 4.0's open-map extraction mode—a 25–35 minute solo run (faster with teams) where you clear World Events, defeat a red skull boss after 300 enemy kills, and extract at designated points to claim rewards. Unlike standard tower defense, failing to reach Final Extraction in time loses every item gathered during the run.

The mode hosts Marvel crossover units including Symbiotic Alien (Venom), plus the Hero Relic Set from World Events listing Hero gear drops. SpectacularSpider! and TheGuyFromSmash! codes tie into this Spider-Man themed content window.

How Extraction Works

Queue Crime Fighting Extraction from the lobby Extractions menu—not generic extraction modes. Red exclamation mark events spawn across the map; approach each to read rewards. Symbiotic Alien drops after defeating the red skull boss spawned at 300 kills, then extracting within the 5-minute extraction window.

Hero Relic Set pieces roll from World Events that explicitly list Hero Set drops. Rewards are held in a temporary pool until you complete a successful extraction—disconnecting early forfeits everything.

Priority Rewards

Farm Symbiotic Alien (Venom) first if you lack a Secret Dark DPS—the unit synergizes with dark teams through Biomass interactions. Parallel-farm Hero Relic Set on debuff-focused units like Neko Captain (Lightning) or support carries that apply Slow and Stun.

Pair with Moonless Sky or The Almighty King for boss damage. Virtual Idol remains mandatory for longer 25+ minute runs.
